My Burger Lab Series 2016 Winner is:
It’s Labor Day Weekend folks, and I know many of you are planning gatherings with friends and family. A great way to keep their hunger at bay is to serve sliders. This tricolor half pound burger is such a tasty example of a burger. I used 80% lean ground beef, which grilled to a nice melt in your mouth meatiness.
Summer in New York is almost over folks. Did you have fun?

The corn salsa burger is a great burger. Succulent patty, cradled in a modest pit of manchego cheese and topped with a warm and spicy corn salsa.
Instead of toasting a couple of muffins with eggs and bacon, how about adding a burger patty to that collection of breakfast foods and make yourself a brunch burger this July 4th?

Are you cooking for your dad or husband this Father’s Day? You should, he will love it, especially if you make him a wonderful meatloaf burger. As you would expect it’s a mass of ground meat, in this case, veal, pork and beef, garnished with bacon, cornichons and lashings of tomato ketchup, sandwiched between a warm kaiser roll with dipping sauce on the side.
