Wash wheatgrass carefully, but thoroughly, then spread out on paper towels to dry.
Cut pineapple up into uniform pieces that will easily pass through juicer.
Juiced pineapple should yield at least 1 cup of juice.
Remove froth from top of pineapple juice then pour into a container and set aside.
Dab the rest of the water off the wheatgrass, then grab bunches and cut into 1 inch pieces.
Feed wheatgrass into juicer, bunch by bunch.
It may take some time, and your juicer will likely make a strange high-pitched noise, but be patient, the juice will appear.
Continue juicing wheatgrass until all is complete.
Remove froth from top of wheatgrass juice and pour into a small jug.
Add 3 parts of pineapple juice to wheatgrass juice and stir.
Pour equal amounts of mixed juice into shot glasses, you should be just shy of filling each glass.
Top with the balance of the pineapple juice then serve.
Notes
Topping with pineapple juice at the end makes sure when you drink your shots, that the first taste is pineapple. I found this helpful, but you can skip this part if you have a stronger resolve than me.
