Paloma Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 cups of fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Slice of lime
  • Sugar to rim glass
  • 1 cup sugar syrup
  • 1 cup tequila
  • Club soda for topping

Equipment & Utensils

  • Cocktail pitcher or narrow pitcher
  • Cocktail stirrer or long spoon
  • 6 Champagne flutes
  • Cocktail strainer

Instructions

  • Place ice in pitcher then pour grapefruit juice, lime juice, syrup and tequila on top.
  • Stir until ingredients are completely combined then set aside.
  • Place a decent amount of sugar on a plate,.
  • Rub one side of the top of each flute with lime then push the limed side of the glass into the sugar.
  • Using a strainer fill each flute to 2/3 then top with club soda.
  • Serve immediately.
