Cook pasta shell as directed on the packaging.
Drain pasta and set aside.
Pour half and half into saucepan then add butter, heat and melt while stirring.
Add paprika, then stir, then add beer and stir.
As ingredients begin to bubble add American cheese, 1 cup at a time until melted.
Stir regularly to ensure cheese is melting evenly.
Add 1/2 cup of asiago and allow to melt while stirring.
Add pasta shells and mix thoroughly.
Add salt and pepper to taste and add the other 1/2 cup of asiago and mix thoroughly.
Serve immediately with our without panko topping.
