pitted black olives

garlic
sliced

anchovies
or 1 1/2 tsp fish sauce

lemon zest and more for garnish

extra virgin olive oil

fresh basil leaves
Equipment & Utensils
Food processor or powerful blender
Microplane or zester
Instructions
Pile ingredients into food processor or blender.
Pulse ingredients until you have an even texture.
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with a little lemon zest.
Add a little more extra virgin olive oil if needed.
Serve with bread and crackers.
