Filthy Dirty Martini

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green olive juice
  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey
  • Ice
  • 3/4 cup vodka
  • 1/3 cup vermouth
  • Green olives as garnish

Equipment & Utensils

  • Small saucepan
  • Heatproof jug
  • Strainer
  • Cocktail jug & spoon
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Martini glasses

Instructions

  • Heat olive juice and honey in a small saucepan and stir until honey is completely dissolved.
  • Strain liquid into a heatproof jug and allow to cool
  • Fill cocktail jug halfway with ice then add honeyed olive juice, vodka and vermouth.
  • Stir vigorously.
  • Add three olives to each martini glass.
  • With a cocktail strainer, pour equal amounts into martini glasses.
