vine cherry tomatoes
2
tbsp
avocado or grapeseed oil
2
tbsp
balsamic vinegar
Kosher salt to taste

Instructions
Heat oil in skillet until very hot, then carefully place tomatoes in the skillet.
Lower heat to medium and allow tomatoes to heat through and blister.
Shake tomatoes around in the skillet to avoid burning.
Raise heat a little and then drizzle balsamic and again, shake around until the balsamic begins to reduce.
Sprinkle with coarse ground salt to taste.
Remove from heat and allow to cool just a little.
Serve immediately as desired.
