Place honey, lime juice, gochujang, soy sauce, miso and sesame oil in a bowl and whisk until combined to create glaze.
Divide glaze into two portions and place one portion in the fridge, and set the other aside.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper then place fillets on top.
Use the set aside portion of glaze to brush over cod fillets.
Once cod fillets have been brushed with glaze, cover with cling wrap and place in the fridge for one hour.
Once fish has marinated for one hour, remove from fridge and brush with the second portion of glaze.
Place baking tray under broiler set to high with the oven rack in the middle of the oven.
Allow to cook, checking regularly until flakes of the fish begin to pull away from each other,.
Serve immediately.
