Mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and garlic to create marinade.
Place lamb chops into large bowl and pour over marinade.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Remove chops from fridge and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Remove each chop from marinade and place on grill. Cook for approx. 3 minutes each side.
Allow chops to rest for a minute or two before plating.
Arrange chops on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
