mix together soy sauce, ponzu, garlic, ginger, fennel and pepper flakes.
Place pork chops in a large sealable plastic bag or bowl.
Pour mixed ingredients over pork chops, massaging the chops to ensure they are coated thoroughly.
Seal the pork chops up and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 6 hours.
Remove chops from fridge and let them sit for 30 minutes to allow them to rise to room temperature.
Remove chops and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Discard excess marinade.
Place in preheated oven at 380 and cook for 15-20 minutes or until chops reach a temperature of 145 degrees.
