Bacon Cheddar Dip

- 8 oz bacon
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup chives finely chopped
- 7 oz sharp cheddar shredded
- Pinch salt if necessary
Fry bacon until crispy and then place on paper towels to drain and dry.
Place balance of ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly.
Crumble bacon and add to bowl and then stir until thoroughly incorporated.
Place in the fridge to cool for an hour and then serve.
