frozen mini fillo pastry shells

shredded

scallions
sliced - white parts separated from green parts

endive or romaine lettuce
sliced thin

mayo

Sriracha
Salt and pepper if needed

Instructions
Cook fillo pastry shells as directed and set aside.
Place chicken, white parts of scallions and lettuce in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add mayo and Sriracha and mix thoroughly.
Fill pastry shells with chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with green parts of scallions, and season with salt and pepper if needed, then serve.
