Lemon and Sage Tea

Instructions
Mix water and lemon juice together in a saucepan then place on a high heat.
Allow liquid to boil then lower heat to simmer to keep it at the just below boiling.
Once you have found that right temperature add the sage leaves and stir, then cover the pan and allow to infuse.
After 5 mins on simmer, remove from heat completely and continue infusion for a further 10 mins.
Serve once infusion is complete straining into individual cups.
You may want to reheat the tea to make it warmer, dependent upon your preference.
