Cut melon into approx. 1 inch cubes.
Using a 1/4 tsp measuring spoon, scoop out a small amount of watermelon from each cube to create a divot for the balsamic vinegar.
Place watermelon cubes on serving plate.
Carefully fill divots with balsamic vinegar.
Place a few crumbles of goats cheese on top and top with a ribbon of basil.
If needed, use a paper towel to mop up any spills, a toothpick to pick up excess goats cheese, and cotton swabs to clean off marks from the serving plate left behind by spills.
