Kale Salad
Kale salad with carrots, cranberries, walnuts, bathed in olive oil and lemon juice

- 8 kale leaves chopped
- 2 carrots shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- juice of 2 lemons
Place kale, carrots, cranberries and walnuts in a large salad bowl.
Season with salt and toss
Then add olive oil and lemon juice and toss once more
Serve as desired
