Parmesan Crisps

- 2 cups parmesan cheese thinly shredded
Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Carefully place a heaped tablespoon of the shredded parmesan on the parchment paper and spread out into a circle.
Repeat process until you have filled the baking tray allowing an inch of space between each oval of parmesan.
Place into a preheated oven at 350 and cook for 5-7 mins until golden brown.
Remove baking tray from oven and let parmesan crisps cool for few minutes before removing from baking tray.
Repeat all previous steps until you have used all of the shredded parmesan.
