Lump Crap and Guacamole Martini

Ingredients
Guacamole

haas avocados

red onion

tomatoes
deseeded and diced very small

Salt to taste
Lump Crab

jumbo lump crab meat

red onion
diced very small
1/2

deseeded and diced very small

fresh cilantro
finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Guacamole
Peel and core avocados and then roughly chop.
Place avocados into a bowl and then add red onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, lime juice and salt to taste.
Mix ingredients and gently mash the larger pieces of avocado until ingredients are completely incorporated then set aside.
Lump Crab
Place red onion, tomatoes and cilantro in a bowl and mix.
Add jumbo lump crab meat and lime, and mix once again.
Add salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
To Serve
Place two tortilla chips in the base of each martini glass, then add two spoonfuls of guacamole on top.
Top guacamole with 3 spoonfuls of lump crab and then stick another tortilla chip into the top of lump crab.
Notes
If you cannot get your hands on some martini glasses you can create a tower instead. Use a mold if you have one.
