Ingredients

  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme removed from stalks
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tsp salt

Equipment and Utensils

  • Medium pan with cover

Instructions

  • Place rice, dill, thyme, cilantro and butter in pan
  • Pour in stock, add salt, and then stir.
  • Place on high heat until boiling, then lower heat to a simmer and cover pan.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes until water has absorbed.
