Place lamb, herbs, salt and pepper, and red onions in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Divide mixture into equal portions (approx. 12) and form the portions into small meat patties just a little wider than your slider buns.
Place olive oil into your pan and heat.
Once the oil is hot place the patties into the pan - you may have to cook the patties in two batches.
Cook patties for 3-5 minutes either side dependent upon desired temperature.
And allow to rest for 2 mins.
While patties are resting, heat slider buns either in your grill pan or under the broiler. Just a little do not crisp your slider buns.
Place one patty onto the bottom of one half of a slider bun, top with a dollop of yogurt sauce and then place top of slider bun on top.
Serve with fries.
