Lemongrass Green Tea Cider

- 1 liter lemongrass green tea sweetened to taste
- 750 ml cider
- 2 limes
Equipment and Utensils
- Hand citrus juicer
- 6 champagne flutes
Make one liter lemongrass green tea, sweeten according to taste.
Allow to cool and refrigerate.
Refrigerate cider.
Cut limes in half, and squeeze the juice from one half.
Cut the other halves into quarter segments.
Once tea is nice and cold pour 1 tsp of lime juice into each champagne flute
Pour 2 parts tea to 1 part cider into a each champagne flute and then garnish with a lime segment.
Serve immediately
