Lemongrass Green Tea Cider

Ingredients

  • 1 liter lemongrass green tea sweetened to taste
  • 750 ml cider
  • 2 limes

Equipment and Utensils

  • Hand citrus juicer
  • 6 champagne flutes

Instructions

  • Make one liter lemongrass green tea, sweeten according to taste.
  • Allow to cool and refrigerate.
  • Refrigerate cider.
  • Cut limes in half, and squeeze the juice from one half.
  • Cut the other halves into quarter segments.
  • Once tea is nice and cold pour 1 tsp of lime juice into each champagne flute
  • Pour 2 parts tea to 1 part cider into a each champagne flute and then garnish with a lime segment.
  • Serve immediately
