Cook artichoke hearts in accordance with directions on packaging, and allow to cool.
Place artichoke hearts in a food processor and pulse a few times to chop up artichokes.
Transfer artichokes to a mixing bowl and add mayo, cream, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and parmesan and mix thoroughly.
Place ramekins on a baking tray and then fill each ramekin with artichoke mixture leaving a little space at the top.
Top with a layer of gruyere and then place in a preheated oven at 375.
Allow cheese to completely melt before placing under the broiler at a high heat until golden.
Allow to cool just a little before serving with crackers or tortillas.
